1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "mira4d," "we," "us," "our" refers to the mira4d gaming platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "You," "your," "player," "user" refers to any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses mira4d services.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, togel (Indonesian numbers lottery) draws, sports betting, live casino, and related features offered through the mira4d platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered under your name on the mira4d platform.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet into your mira4d gaming account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your mira4d gaming account balance to your verified personal bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other promotional incentive provided by mira4d subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on mira4d.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by law to confirm your identity, age, and address.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an account and use mira4d services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia when accessing our services.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, either on our platform or with any other gaming operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with mira4d, you agree to:

• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Not allow any third party to access your account or use your credentials.

3. Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. You must:

• Use a unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Immediately notify mira4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each gaming session, particularly when using shared or public computers.

mira4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials unless such unauthorized access results from a proven security breach on our end.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, mira4d is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to:

• Provide clear, legible copies of valid identification documents upon request.
• Submit additional documentation if your initial submission is rejected for quality or authenticity reasons.
• Allow mira4d to conduct enhanced due diligence checks for high-value transactions or suspicious activity patterns.
• Understand that withdrawals may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You must immediately update your account information if any of the following changes occur:

• Change of email address or mobile phone number
• Change of payment method or bank account details
• Change of legal name (due to marriage, legal name change, etc.)

Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

mira4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Danamon, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposit requirements:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10,000
• Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per single transaction (higher limits available for VIP members)
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your legal name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees
• mira4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures & Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. Processing times:

• BCA: Instant to 5 minutes (24/7 availability)
• BRI, BNI, Mandiri: 2-10 minutes during banking hours (05:00-22:00 WIB)
• Other banks: Up to 1 hour during banking hours
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 5-30 minutes

Withdrawal requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (unlimited daily withdrawals for verified accounts)
• First withdrawal requires completed KYC verification (typically approved within 30 minutes)
• Withdrawals must meet minimum wagering requirements (typically 1x deposit amount) to prevent money laundering
• Bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on mira4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). There are no currency conversion fees. mira4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. Expedited processing (available for VIP members) may incur a service fee of 1-2% of the withdrawal amount.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

mira4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are optional. You may choose to play with deposit-only funds without accepting any bonus.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the deposit plus bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager Rp 10,000,000 on a Rp 1,000,000 total).

• Bonuses have expiry dates (typically 7-30 days from activation). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire automatically.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses (typically Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding maximum bets may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• One bonus per player, household, IP address, or payment method. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture and account closure.

5.2 Welcome Bonus Terms

New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% up to Rp 2,000,000 on their first deposit, subject to:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: Rp 100,000
• Wagering requirement: 10x (deposit + bonus)
• Validity period: 30 days from activation
• Game restrictions: Slots contribute 100%, live casino 10%, sports betting on odds 1.70+ contributes 100%

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, will result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings
• Permanent closure of all associated accounts
• Potential referral to regulatory authorities

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games, slots, and togel draws on mira4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited by third-party testing agencies to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Sports betting odds are determined by professional odds compilers using algorithmic models and market data.

6.2 Game Rules

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, etc.), the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body.
• If a match is postponed, all bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours. Otherwise, bets are voided and stakes refunded.

6.4 Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue affecting game outcomes, mira4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to incorrect RTP calculations, display errors in odds, or server-side issues affecting game randomness.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying identity documents, or providing false information.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in bonus abuse.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack mira4d software or games.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after depositing funds.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While mira4d strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or upgrades
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism
• Internet service provider failures or network congestion
• Third-party software or hardware failures
• Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or other malicious activities targeting our infrastructure

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

mira4d services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• Your access will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific game outcome or financial result will be achieved

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mira4d's total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the mira4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, and video, is the property of mira4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without written permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our software
• Use mira4d trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without authorization
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website

11. Account Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All remaining account balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 7 business days
• Active bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited
• You will no longer receive promotional communications (unless you remain subscribed to our mailing list)

11.2 Suspension and Termination by mira4d

mira4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• You provide false or misleading information
• Your account is identified as part of a bonus abuse scheme or multiple-account network
• We are required to do so by regulatory authorities or law enforcement

Upon termination for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited and returned to the source of the last deposit, or held pending investigation.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mira4d holds its primary gaming license. For matters not covered by gaming regulations, Indonesian contract law principles shall apply to the extent they are not in conflict with international gaming standards.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of mira4d services, you agree to the following resolution process:

1. Customer Support (Mandatory First Step): Contact mira4d customer support via live chat or email to describe the issue. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis through arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against mira4d.
